We will contact you in two business days via the email address or phone number you supply at checkout. We will then arrange a personal fitting session at one of our tailoring partners in Manchester or London.

We won't start work on your shirt until we have your measurements. At any point up to that time, you can cancel your order and get a full refund. Once measurements have been confirmed, your shirt will be made and dispatched within four weeks.
